Live coaching is a real-time, one-on-one Zoom session where we dig into your work, strategy, or questions together. Asynchronous reviews are done on my time—you submit your work and context, and I send back a detailed video or written critique within 3 business days. No meetings, no scheduling stress.

It depends on how much time you want, how you like to work, and what kind of feedback you need.

• Mini sessions are great if you're curious, stuck on one thing, or want to feel out coaching first.

• Full sessions are best for in-depth work, multiple topics, screen sharing, or pre-shoot prep.

• Asynchronous reviews are ideal if you want feedback on your portfolio, images, lighting, or creative direction—but prefer not to meet live.

If you're working across multiple areas—like editing, direction, and marketing—that’s totally fine. Just know that we may need to prioritize based on the time we have.

• Async reviews can cover more than one thing if they’re related (e.g., portfolio + website), but you’ll get the best results if we keep it tightly scoped.

Live sessions require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations may be forfeited. For asynchronous reviews, you have 8 weeks from purchase to submit your materials. After that, the review expires.
